Born in 2017

The beginning of Oman’s first state-of-the-art aluminium alloy wheel manufacturing facility.

The journey of Synergies Castings Oman (SCO) began with a vision: to establish the country's first state-of-the-art facility for manufacturing high-tech aluminium alloy wheels. This vision, shared by Synergies Castings India (SCI) and Omani investors, materialized in the Sohar Industrial Zone where we're not just shaping wheels, we're shaping the future of the industry.

Nestled in the heart of Sohar Industrial Zone, we enjoy proximity to both Sohar Aluminium, our primary material supplier, and Sohar Port, a gateway to the world. This strategic location, coupled with Oman's position at the crossroads of Asia, Africa, and Europe, positions us perfectly to serve a global audience.

In addition, the Sultanate of Oman enjoys a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the United States of America. This FTA is a comprehensive agreement that has eliminated tariffs (hence no import duty for importing alloy wheels from Oman to the US), promoted investment, and stripped away other trade barriers.

A Hub of Innovation and Automation

A 30,000 sqm facility integrating end-to-end automated wheel production.

Our 30,000 sqm facility boasts one of the largest size ranges globally, producing wheels from 14" to 26". With a capacity of 1.2 million wheels per year in Phase 1, and with plans for 1 million more in Phase 2, we're poised for exponential growth.

But it's not just about size. Our fully automated production line, stretching 700 meters, integrates smelting, casting, flow-forming, heat treatment, CNC machining, painting, and packing. Intelligent conveyor systems and robotic manipulation ensure precision at every stage, while our environmentally controlled, dust-free paint line guarantees impeccable finishes ranging from classic paints to premium options, machined faces, dual finishes, and even cleats or inserts.

As the only manufacturing facility in Oman with IATF 16949:2016 accreditation, we're a Tier 1 international supplier to leading automotive OEM manufacturers and key Aftermarket suppliers spanning across North America, India, and beyond. Our strategic location near Sohar Aluminium enables us to use liquid aluminium instead of aluminium ingots that require melting, thereby reducing emissions, and we're constantly exploring ways to further reduce our environmental footprint.
